The Hazelnut Affair

At its heart lies a delicate toasted hazelnut dacquoise, lightly crisp at the edges with a tender, nutty chew within. Lush pear adds soft sweetness and gentle juiciness, while bursts of blackberry bring a deep, sun-kissed brightness. Between the layers sits a rich, slightly bittersweet dark chocolate ganache and clouds of soft and silky mascarpone cream. Decadent, mysterious, and just a little indulgent.

The Lemon Grove

Feather-light lemon sponge, delicately perfumed with St-Germain, are layered with silky, tart yet sweet lemon curd, and a cloud of lemon mascarpone cream. Lovingly wrapped in a luscious white chocolate ganache. Scattered meringue droplets are nestled amongst whorls of lemon curd and shards of dried lemon. The Lemon Grove is sunshine captured in a slice: bright, fragrant, and impossibly chic.

The Velvet Bramble

Feather light chocolate meringue is wrapped around a delicate layer of chocolate sponge.
